Based out of the Dubuque Regional Airport in Dubuque, Iowa, Key City Fliers is a non-profit organization focused on delivering access to safe, light aircraft for its members at an affordable rate.

It’s easier than you think! Self-study in parallel with actual flight time with an instructor is all it takes. You’ll be in the air on your first day!

MEMBERSHIP

Most small airplanes are flown by ordinary people like schoolteachers, nurses, bankers, and electricians.

Our Hangars are located at the Dubuque Regional Airport on Highway 61. Park right in the hangar while you fly for maximum convenience.
